Ba Dan – an old artisan of Phu Le has dozens of years in alcohol yeast making. He says that the alcohol yeast is made from the rural ingredients as alpinia, liquorice, cinnamon, cardamom… The wine, nowadays, is standardize by the producing model mixed between Phu Le village and modern factories.
